Hello! We hope that you are well.
As the year is drawing to a close as well as the lack of updates from us recently (don’t worry, there is a good reason!), we thought it would be a good time to review our work and to inform you of our plans next year in 2022.
This year was about maintaining our presence and connecting with you, our clients. We think we did that very well. Based on your feedback, over the last few months we have been spending quite some time further developing our website, making it simpler to navigate. We really hope you do enjoy it and look forward to improvements such as our podcasts.
We also would like to thank our clients for supporting us and choosing us. As always we let our work speak for itself and you’ll see that from our ever-increasing testimonials where you can see for yourself the impact our work has had on people.
We genuinely want to help people, there is a reason why our mission statement is “to change people’s lives, put smiles on faces and improve productivity through positivity and mindset”. This defines us.
This year we introduced our loyalty scheme to reward our dedicated and loyal clients. You can say that this has been a tremendous success! This scheme will never end, that is our promise. Though times have been tough lately in terms of increasing prices, we are proud to say that our prices will stay the same, we hope that this will continue, of course there are no guarantees (as we are absorbing the price increases ourselves at the moment).
We decided against introducing gift vouchers as we felt the loyalty scheme offered more value overall. As mentioned last year, we do have a scholarship fund for deserving students who want to take our courses, we are also pleased to say that we do now also have a community fund for charitable purposes, we have spent quite a bit of money in this area and keeping in line with one of the principles of our founder, we do this privately for maximum benefit and to remove any sort of hidden agendas. We do it purely as a desire to help our fellow human beings.
Next year we hope to build on our successes of this year especially with the podcast side of things, yes, only one podcast episode has come out of it so far but once our studio is up and running, we hope that it will be a long term thing.
Finally, we had hoped to have launched our herbal clinic this year, disappointingly, this has not been the case, simply because we feel it is not ready yet. We want to fully understand and master this field before launching it as another principle we have is when it comes to health, one should do such a good job that there will no work left in it i.e. patients healing from their problems therefore not returning (a good thing for sure!).
